RECRUITMENT
A changing landscape
Have you ever used an agency before or been hesitant to, because of the following.
-
The quality of labour provided
-
The worry of the image of your company not using all of their own workers?
-
The costs involved
-
The fear of the agency not understanding job specific details (e.g price work metrics, Site specific requirements & clearances etc)

Let me explain how we are different.

We are aware how the landscape has changed within the construction industry and that a recruitment approach of past times may no longer be suitable. We understand that that only labour of the highest quality and reliability is suitable as rectifications and penalties for delayed completion in projects just simply cannot be an option to most clients.
With this in mind we use our experience in the Industry to approach potential clients with a flexible approach and understand that each project has its own challenges.
We find out the key information for each job including any specific security clearances that may be required and any deal breakers in terms of experience or qualifications for new workers. We use this information to filter our worker database down to a specific pool of workers that would be most suitable for the job and provide a shortlist once availability has been confirmed.
Another challenge we often hear is that a lot of companies prefer to use their own labour. Whilst we understand the appeal of this and often this may be down to one of the reasons i have mentioned above.
Our aim is to provide a cost effective solution that allows our clients to operate more efficiently and spend less time with laborious tasks such as recruitment, Payroll & CIS deductions. As well as the constant situation we find clients face of holding back on taking opportunities for growth due to the worry of work tapering off and having to pay for a non-productive workforce or even worse having to let workers go due to the downturn.
Outsourcing your labour would be a perfect solution as you could stand a number of your workforce down temporarily until the workload started to increase again, In turn reducing the costs to your business.
